Frequently asked questions
Quick answers about automatic import, editing and privacy.
How does the grade table fill in automatically?
Select everything on your gradebook page, copy it, and paste it into the box. The class name, assignments and scores are read from the page and the grade table fills in for you, so there is no manual typing.
Do I have to paste my grades?
No. Pasting only saves typing. You can start with a blank table and add each assignment yourself.
How do I copy my grades?
Press Ctrl+A (Cmd+A on Mac) on your grades page to select everything, copy with Ctrl+C (Cmd+C), then paste into the box with Ctrl+V (Cmd+V). Copy the entire page so the class name fills in too.
Which gradebook platforms are supported?
Supported gradebook platforms are detected automatically when you paste. If yours is missing, you can submit it so it can be added.
Can I edit assignment scores?
Yes. Change any score in the table, or select Add assignment to enter one you haven't received yet.
Is my information saved?
No. Your grades stay in your browser and are never sent to us. The optional Submit platform page is the only place anything you paste is sent, and only if you agree.
